The designer will contact you by phone immediately after accepting your order for one-on-one discussion of your detailed travel requirements. The maximum waiting time is 2 working hours (business days: 9:00-18:00).

How long will I get the itinerary plan after the designer contacts me?
Travel Designer：After confirming your travel demands and ideas via one-on-one communication, the designer will start elaborating your tailor-made itinerary right away. Formal travel plans will be delivered within the following working hours: 8 working hours for domestic trips and 16 working hours for international trips.

Can I modify the itinerary after confirming it?
Travel Designer：If you need adjustments after plan confirmation, you can contact your travel designer to put forward revision requests. Just reconfirm the updated itinerary once modifications are completed.
