1. Our company shall not be liable for compensation for losses and injuries caused by force majeure factors;  

2. Without reducing the number of scenic spots and lowering service standards, and with the consent of guests, the local travel agency has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing and accommodation;  

3. If there are no doubts about the quality of our company's reception during the trip, our company considers it satisfactory. If there are any doubts after the guest returns, our company will not accept them;  

4. Tourists with ticket discount policies are required to declare in advance and bring valid identification. Our company will refund the price difference of the ticket discount. If no identification is presented at the time, our company will not be held responsible;  

5. Due to the special nature of individual group buying operations, it may take a few minutes to wait or walk when checking into the hotel or getting on and off the bus. Please understand;  

6. If the tourist temporarily cancels their travel plan after confirming the order and signing the travel contract, they shall bear the loss of withdrawal from the group according to the contract (including room fee loss, meal reservation loss, parking space loss, flight ticket loss, etc.);  

7. Please carry valuable items with you during the trip, and carefully check whether the doors and windows are closed when staying at the hotel to ensure personal property safety and avoid unnecessary losses;  

8. Tourists are advised to pay attention to safety during their travels. If any accidents occur during self funded projects, all responsibilities will be borne by themselves.  

9. In tourism activities, shopping is an independent and voluntary behavior of individuals. Please carefully identify and choose carefully to avoid unnecessary trouble! Our company will never force shopping, nor will we accept repairs, replacements, returns, and other matters arising from shopping!
